*University Store accepts Wolfbucks for new and used textbook purchases as well as supplies, gear, and food but does not accept Wolfbucks for textbook rentals.

Wolfbucks

  • Never expire and roll over from semester to semester and year to year
  • Use at various locations on campus, not just dining venues
  • Add various amounts of Wolbucks! Students can deposit any amount between $5 and $1,000. Faculty and Staff can purchase any amount between $5 and $5,000.

Dining Dollars

  • First-time first-year students living on-campus or Seawolves who purchase the Seawolf All Access meal plan receive a dining dollar allotment at the beginning of each semester
  • They are accepted at on-campus dining venues only
  • They expire at the end of each semester

Bonus Dollars 

  • Bonus Dollars are activated during a promotion. Bonus Dollars will be awarded in the form of Bonus Dollars, which are non-refundable and cannot be converted into a cash form. Bonus Dollars carry-over from semester to semester and year to year until the cardholder uses all of their Bonus Dollars. All promotional values are subject to the terms of the promotion.
  • Bonus Dollars are only accepted at retail locations on-campus including dining venues, Campus Prints, and the University Store. Bonus Dollars are not accepted at the Seawolf Services, Box Office and Associated Students and for Children School payments.

The best way to add Wolfbucks to a student's id is to have the student log into the Seawolf Card Management portal and deposit the Wolfbucks onto their card. Within 20 minutes, there will be equivalent charges posted to the student's SSU Online Account. For Wolfbucks deposited onto Campus IDs - Login to Seawolf Card Management (tile under MY SSU) and select Account Management and Balances and Recent Transactions.

For Wolfbucks deposit onto Gift Cards - fill out the Gift Card Balance Check form.

No! WolfBucks roll over from semester to semester and year to year! Account maintenance fees may apply to any account that has been inactive for more than 24 months.

To report the card lost or stolen login to the Seawolf Card Management system and under Account Management select Lost/Stolen Card and then select deactivate.

Wolfbucks Gift Cards cannot be refunded or replaced if lost or stolen.
